Material

All our products are made of 316L stainless steel (surgical steel). Products in gold and rose gold are ion plated with real gold in a vaacum environment. The same is the case with the black coloured products.

Steel has the advantage compared to silver that it does not rust or tarnish. It’s strenght makes it ideal for the complicated design of the lockets.

The glass in our lockets is toughened glass.

Nickel

Nickel is present in all steel, but our products are made of 316L stainless steel. The way 316L stainless steel is forged ensures that nickel does not leech out of the products, causing an allergic reaction. The product is therefore safe to wear and seen as a hyperallergenic product.

The fact that nickel is present in the products ensures that the product stays shiny.

Care for your Diilato product

Keep your jewellery in a safe and dry environment when not in use. Preferrably in a box.

Avoid direct contact with perfume and hairspray as this may loosen the Crystals in some of our products.
